Product Description

Our Micro-nano Bubble Generator is the most efficient gas injection technology, dissolving almost any gas into any liquid. The bubble generator produces trillions of micro-nano bubbles, 3-7 μm in size. Our Micro-nano Bubble Generator delivers gas at over 85% efficiency, providing maximum gas utilization, improving water functionality, and improving processing. The micro-nanobubbles remain suspended in the water, creating a usable gas reserve and allowing residual disinfection.


Working principle

Micro-nano Bubble Generator has a special structure for rapid phase separation. The two phases of water molecules and air molecules in dissolved air and water move in different directions in less than 1 microsecond to separate, and instantly aggregate to form uniform 3-7μm charged bubbles. The bubble density is geometrically fission. The contact area of the microbubble pre-selection service is expanded, and the integrated charged bubbles change the surface tension of water molecules, accelerate the floating speed of the bubbles, and adsorb colored genes and some hydrophilic colloids. The amount of dissolved gas is a fixed value, and the service area of micro-bubble is inversely proportional to its direct square.
